End User License Agreement

1. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Application for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

For commercial or enterprise licensing (e.g., guiding services, educational institutions, or integration into other platforms), please contact us at support@anchorshot.com.

2. License Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, republish, or distribute the Application or its outputs.
• Modify, translate, or create derivative works based on the Application or its ballistic logic, code, or data.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code, algorithms, formulas, or datasets.
• Use the Application for commercial purposes without explicit written permission.
• Share, rent, license, or sublicense any portion of the Application.
• Represent outputs from the Application as your own intellectual property.
• Violate any applicable laws while using the Application.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in the Application — including all calculations, code, ballistic data, cartridge data, user interface, logic, and design — belong exclusively to AnchorShot LLC. Your use does not confer any ownership interest or rights beyond the scope of this Agreement.

4. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

Our Application uses Google Analytics and Google AdSense, which use cookies and similar tracking technologies to collect certain information automatically, subject to your consent choices ("Your Privacy Choices" in the site footer).

Cookies are small text files placed on your device to help us remember your preferences, measure traffic, and show relevant ads. These may include:

• Analytics Cookies – measure and analyze traffic and usage trends.
• Advertising Cookies – deliver and measure personalized and non-personalized ads.

You can control cookies through your browser settings or opt-out using the following:

5. Third-Party Services

We may use trusted third-party services to help operate our Application:

• Google Analytics – measures traffic and usage trends. Privacy Policy
• Google AdSense – serves ads on our Application. Privacy Policy
• Google Firebase Authentication – handles account sign-in and stores account email addresses and passwords on our behalf.
• Email Services – used only to respond to inquiries you send to us.

If you turn analytics or advertising off through "Your Privacy Choices", the corresponding cookies are not used.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We make no guarantees regarding accuracy, suitability, or uninterrupted availability. AnchorShot is for informational and recreational purposes only. Use of the Application for real-world decisions, including hunting or defense scenarios, is at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AnchorShot LLC will not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Loss of data, profits, or functionality.
• Damages exceeding the amount you paid (if any) to access the Application.

Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

8. Term and Termination

This Agreement remains in effect until:

• You stop using the Application, or
• We terminate your access for any reason (e.g., breach, discontinuation).

Upon termination, all rights granted under this license will cease immediately.

9. Updates and Modifications

We may update the Application (including bug fixes, new features, or modifications). All such updates are subject to this Agreement. We may also modify this Agreement or Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts of Johnson County, Kansas.

11. U.S.-Only Service; International Users

The Application is directed solely to individuals located in the United States and is intended for use under U.S. law. By using the Application, you represent and warrant that you are located in the United States.

We do not target or market the Application to users outside the United States, and we make no representation that the Application is appropriate or available for use in other jurisdictions. If you access the Application from outside the United States, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws (to the extent they apply). We may at our discretion restrict or block access from non-U.S. locations.

12. Age & Eligibility (Children)

The Application is not intended for children under 13.

By using the Application, you represent that you are (a) at least 13 years old, and (b) if you are between 13 and 17 (or the age of majority in your state), you have your parent’s or legal guardian’s permission to use the Application and to accept this Agreement. We reserve the right to terminate access by any user we reasonably believe is under 13 or otherwise ineligible.

13. Advertising & Monetization (Google AdSense)

The Application may display advertisements provided by Google AdSense. Ads are delivered and measured by Google and its ad technology partners, which may use cookies and similar technologies. We do not endorse any advertised products or services and are not responsible for their content or availability.

Personalized vs. Non-Personalized Ads. Depending on your settings and applicable law, ads may be personalized (interest-based) or non-personalized (contextual).

Controls. You can manage ad personalization via Google Ad Settings and other controls listed in the Privacy Policy.

Minors. We do not knowingly enable interest-based personalized ads for users we know are under 18, and the Application is not directed to children under 13.
